Damit die Bewertungsstandards als zuverlässig betrachtet werden können, sollten sie den international anerkannten Bewertungsstandards Rechnung tragen, insbesondere denen, die vom „International Valuation Standards Committee“, der „European Group of Valuers Associations“ oder dem „Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors“ entwickelt wurden.
