| Die Kommission hat die vorgeschriebene technische und wissenschaftliche Bewertung durchgeführt und ist der Auffassung, dass Faraday-Rotatoren mit ferrimagnetischen, mit Seltenen Erden dotierten Eisengranatfilmen (Rare Earth Iron Garnet — RIG), die die mit der Richtlinie 2002/95/EG festgesetzten Konzentrationshöchstwerte erfüllen, zurzeit verfügbar sind und dass die diesbezügliche Ausnahme überprüft werden sollte. |
