In Artikel 124 Absätze 1 und 2 des Gesetzes Nr. 32/2000 sind Startbeihilfen für Erzeugergemeinschaften vorgesehen, die gemäß der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1035/72 des Rates vom 18.
