Decree No 2001-1383 of 31 December 2001, winding up the Etablissement public chargé de l’aménagement des rives de l’Etang de Berre: Article 6 provides that a decree will determine the transfer to the State of the assets and liabilities remaining at the close of the liquidation account and of the rights and obligations arising from the establishment’s activities or during the winding-up period and not known about at the end of that period.
