Appendix III: Terms of reference for capacity and country opinions |
| ein Rechtsfähigkeitsgutachten („capacity opinion“) im Sinne von Anlage III vorzulegen, sofern die [Name der Zentralbank einfügen] die im Rahmen dieses Rechtsfähigkeitsgutachtens einzureichenden Informationen und Erklärungen nicht bereits in einem anderen Zusammenhang erhalten hat, und |
provide a capacity opinion in the form specified in Appendix III, unless the information and representations to be provided in such capacity opinion have already been obtained by the [insert name of CB] in another context; and |
