Die Abtretung tritt mit Beginn des Gasjahres 2007 (Juli 2007) in Kraft und bleibt für die gesamte Laufzeit des Liefervertrages, also bis Juli 2015 gültig. Der abzutretende Teil des Liefervertrages macht insgesamt ca. 7,6—10 Mrd. m3 Gas aus, wobei die im ersten Jahr freizugebende Menge sich auf 1,2 Mrd. m3 beläuft.	The part of the Supply Contract to be assigned represents approximately 7.6-10 bcm of gas in total, with the volumes to be released in the first year amounting to 1.2 bcm.
Nach den Bedingungen dieses Liefervertrages werden die von MOL E & E an MOL GMH zu liefernden Gasmengen durch Verweis auf die Erzeugungsprognosen von MOL E & E festgelegt.
