| Die Rechtsmittelanträge müssen für den Fall, dass das Rechtsmittel für begründet erklärt werden sollte, darauf gerichtet sein, dass den erstinstanzlichen Anträgen vollständig oder teilweise stattgegeben wird; neue Anträge sind nicht zulässig. |
An appeal shall seek, in the event that it is declared well founded, the same form of order, in whole or in part, as that sought at first instance and shall not seek a different form of order. |
