| Wird dem Amt die Bestellung des Verfahrensvertreters mitgeteilt, so ist die unterzeichnete Vollmacht für diesen Vertreter, soweit nicht anderes bestimmt ist, innerhalb einer vom Amt bestimmten Frist zu den Akten einzureichen. |
Where the appointment of a procedural representative is notified to the Office, the necessary signed credentials shall be presented for inclusion in the files within such period as the Office may specify unless otherwise provided. |
