| Für die Zwecke dieser Verordnung gelten die in Artikel 2 Absatz 3 jener Richtlinie aufgeführten Institute mit Ausnahme der Postscheckämter nicht als Kreditinstitute. |
For the purpose of this Regulation, the institutions listed in Article 2(3) of that Directive with the exception of post office giro institutions shall not be considered as credit institutions. |

| Unbeschadet des Unterabsatzes 1 dürfen Zahlungsinstitute, Kreditinstitute, E-Geld-Institute oder Postscheckämter nicht als zuständige Behörden benannt werden. |
Without prejudice to the first subparagraph, payment institutions, credit institutions, electronic money institutions, or post office giro institutions shall not be designated as competent authorities. |
