„Hubeinrichtung“ bezeichnet einen an einem Fahrzeug angebrachten Mechanismus zum Anheben einer Achse von der Fahrbahn und zum Absenken einer Achse auf die Fahrbahn;	‘axle-lift device’ means a mechanism fitted to a vehicle for the purpose of raising the axle clear off the ground and lowering it to the ground;
Für Fahrzeuge mit Hubeinrichtung gilt diese Vorschrift auch für die Achse(n) in gelifteter Stellung (im Sinne der Nummer 2.14).	For vehicles with an axle-lift device this requirement also applies to the axle(s) in the lifted position (within the meaning of paragraph 2.14).
