Grundlage dieser Verlängerung war Artikel 11 Absatz 11 des Gesetzesdekrets (Decreto-legge) Nr. 35 vom 14. März 2005, das am 14. Mai 2005 in das Gesetz Nr. 80 („Disposizioni urgenti nell’ambito del Piano di azione per lo sviluppo economico, sociale e territoriale“) umgewandelt wurde. The extension was granted by virtue of Article 11(11) of Decree-Law No 35 of 14 March 2005, converted into Law No 80/2005 of 14 May 2005‘Urgent Provisions under the Action Plan for Economic, Social and Territorial Development’.
