| According to paragraph 24(b) of the MSF 2002, the individually notifiable investment project will not be eligible for investment aid if the capacity created by the project is more than 5 % of the size of the market measured using apparent consumption data of the product concerned, unless the average annual growth rate of its apparent consumption over the last five years is above the average annual growth rate of the European Economic Areas’s GDP over the same period. |
