Da gemäß der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 165/2011 der Kommission [4] bereits andere Abzüge an den Spanien bis 2015 zugeteilten Makrelenfangquoten vorgenommen wurden, sollte der Quotenabzug in den Überschneidungsjahren, d. h. von 2013 bis 2015, geringer ausfallen.
