Nach Artikel 20 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 659/1999 des Rates vom 22. März 1999 über besondere Vorschriften für die Anwendung von Artikel 93 des EG-Vertrags [10] und als Reaktion auf die Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union [11] übermittelten die schwedische Regierung, der ehemalige Vorstandsvorsitzende und geschäftsführende Direktor von Volvo Aero, GE Aviation und die Betriebsgruppe der Gewerkschaft IF Metalls bei Volvo Aero der Kommission Stellungnahmen. |
