Wird dieser Untersuchungsplan nicht bis zum 16. Mai 2008 vorgelegt, kann die Kommission geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen.	In case this survey plan is not submitted by 16 May 2008, the Commission may take appropriate measures.
„Zusätzlich zu den Untersuchungen gemäß Absatz 1 erstellen Portugal und gegebenenfalls Spanien jährlich einen Untersuchungsplan für die abgegrenzten Gebiete, den sie der Kommission zur Genehmigung unterbreiten.	‘In addition to the surveys provided for in paragraph 1, Portugal and, if appropriate, Spain shall prepare annually a survey plan for the demarcated areas and present it to the Commission for approval.
Zusätzlich zu den Untersuchungen gemäß Absatz 1 erstellt Portugal einen Untersuchungsplan für sein gesamtes Hoheitsgebiet und unterbreitet ihn der Kommission zur Genehmigung.	In addition to the surveys provided for in paragraph 1, Portugal shall prepare a survey plan for the entire Portuguese territory and present it to the Commission for approval.
