Für alle Beschwerdeanträge gilt der in der Tabelle angegebene Entgeltfestbetrag, multipliziert mit dem Koeffizienten, der für die entsprechende Entgeltkategorie für die betreffende Person oder den betreffenden Betrieb angegeben ist. Antragsteller und Inhaber von Genehmigungen der Agentur haben eine von einem Zeichnungsbevollmächtigten der betreffenden Organisation unterzeichnete Erklärung vorzulegen, aufgrund der die Agentur die entsprechende Gebühren- oder Entgeltkategorie ermittelt.	Applicants and holders of Agency approvals are required to supply a signed certificate from an authorised representative of the organisation concerned in order for the Agency to be able to determine the corresponding fee category.
Organisationen haben eine von einem Zeichnungsbevollmächtigten der betreffenden Organisation unterzeichnete Erklärung vorzulegen, aufgrund der die Agentur die entsprechende Entgeltkategorie ermittelt.
