A request for a partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation was lodged by the Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Committee of PlasticsEurope (the applicant), representing seven Union producers. It is however considered that, through the cooperation obtained from several associations (PlasticsEurope, EuCIA, EuPC, Plastindustrien, BPF), the concerns of the small and medium sized companies were indeed voiced and they have been taken into account. Dennoch wird die Auffassung vertreten, dass die Bedenken der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen durch die Kooperation mehrerer Verbände (PlasticsEurope, EuCIA, EuPC, Plastindustrien, BPF) geltend gemacht wurden und Berücksichtigung gefunden haben.
