Until 1 January 2016, the competent authority may authorise exemptions from the limit value for NOx for Lepol kilns and long rotary kilns provided that the permit sets a total emission limit value for NOx of not more than 800 mg/Nm3. Bis 1. Januar 2016 kann die zuständige Behörde Ausnahmen für den NOx-Grenzwert bei Lepolöfen und langen Drehrohröfen genehmigen, sofern in der Genehmigung ein Gesamtemissionsgrenzwert für NOx von höchstens 800 mg/Nm3 vorgesehen ist.
