| den gemäß Absatz 4 an die EZB zu leistenden Betrag, gegebenenfalls abzüglich aller Beträge, die an den in Artikel 3 Absätze 5 und 7 festgelegten Abwicklungstagen in einer Höhe überwiesen wurden, welche die in Artikel 4 Absatz 1 genannte Forderung überschreitet (Vorableistung des Beitrags), und |
the amount due to the ECB under paragraph 4, less any amount transferred in excess of the claim referred to in Article 4(1) on the settlement dates laid down in Articles 3(5) and 3(7) (advance contribution), if any; and |
