| For all CN codes other than CN codes 35051010, 35051090, 35052010 to 35052090 and 38091010 to 38091090, the starch (or dextrin) content referred to in column 3 of Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005 shall be calculated using the formula |

| For CN codes 35051010, 35051090, 35052010 to 35052090 and 38091010 to 38091090, the starch (or dextrin) content shall be determined by the method set out in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 900/2008. |
Zur Bestimmung des Gehalts an Stärke (oder Dextrine) in Erzeugnissen der KN-Codes 35051010, 35051090, 35052010 bis 35052090 sowie 38091010 bis 38091090 ist das in Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 900/2008 beschriebene Verfahren anzuwenden. |
