Within the meaning of the Combined nomenclature, ‘hiking’, ‘climbing’ and other outdoor shoes (‘hiking shoes’) are not considered as a sporting activity and therefore these shoe types fall outside the definition of STAF footwear as defined in recital 13 of the provisional Regulation. |
