EFIM (Ente Partecipazioni e Finanziamento Industrie Manifatturiere or Manufacturing Industry Investment and Financing Office) was a State-owned holding company with controlling stakes in a large number of industrial sectors. EFIM (Ente Partecipazioni e Finanziamento Industrie Manifatturiere) war eine öffentliche Holding mit Beteiligungen an Unternehmen in verschiedenen Industriesektoren.
In the early 1990s, as part of the liquidation of the State-owned conglomerate EFIM [16], the Italian aluminium producer Alumix was restructured, privatised and sold to Alcoa. Zu Beginn der 1990er Jahre war der italienische Aluminiumhersteller Alumix im Zuge der Liquidation der staatlichen Holding-Gesellschaft EFIM [16] umstrukturiert und an Alcoa veräußert worden.
