Im Falle einer vollständigen oder teilweisen Ablehnung kann der Antragsteller binnen 15 Arbeitstagen nach Eingang des Antwortschreibens des EFTA-Sekretariats einen Zweitantrag an den Ständigen Ausschuss der EFTA-Staaten richten.
