Vor Erlass eines Versäumnisurteils prüft der Gerichtshof nach Anhörung des Generalanwalts, ob die Klage zulässig ist, ob die Formerfordernisse ordnungsgemäß erfüllt worden sind und ob die Anträge des Klägers begründet erscheinen.	Before giving judgment by default the Court shall, after hearing the Advocate General, consider whether the application initiating proceedings is admissible, whether the appropriate formalities have been complied with, and whether the applicant’s claims appear well founded.
Vor Erlass eines Versäumnisurteils prüft das Gericht, ob die Klage ordnungsgemäß erhoben und zulässig ist und ob die Anträge des Klägers begründet erscheinen.	Before giving judgment by default the Tribunal shall consider whether the application initiating proceedings is admissible, whether the appropriate formalities have been complied with, and whether the application appears well founded.
